Will my product be replaced or repaired?

We support the idea of repair, and while we currently do not provide repair services directly, you can find many Spare parts on our website to assist in fixing your product.

If the product fits within our Product Warranty Policy, we will gladly offer you a voucher for a replacement part, replacement of the item, or coverage of repair expenses at your local service provider. The decision to repair or refund with a voucher remains at Non-stop dogwear's discretion. Please fill out the Warranty form, so we can process the warranty.
