If you would like to exchange a product you've purchased from our online store, we're here to help. We offer exchanges within 60 days of the original purchase date. Just follow these simple steps:
- Prepare the product you're exchanging for return. The returned product(s) must be unused, with original packaging and tags still attached, and free of any signs of wear or fur. All components and accessories should be included. Please note that if these requirements are not met, we may only provide a partial refund, or no refund at all.
- Visit our return page and follow the outlined instructions: Register your return (international)
For a return from Norway, please use this return page (Norway only).
- Securely pack the product in shipping-friendly packaging. Remember to place the delivery note inside the package.
- After sealing the package, attach the return label that we'll send to you via email. If you're reusing the original packaging, ensure the original shipping label is fully covered.
- Depending on the initial shipping method, drop the package off at the relevant location. For DHL Express parcels, use the nearest DHL drop-off point. For PostNord parcels, your local post office will do.
- Once your return has been registered and approved, we'll send you a confirmation email.
- We will refund you as soon as possible, within 30 days after receiving the returned product. If you don't receive your refund within this timeframe, please reach out to our Customer service team for assistance.
- Place an order for the new product through our online store.
