How do I send an item in return?

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Returns are free via DHL Express internationally, and PostNord in Norway and Sweden. Items bought from our resellers must be returned directly to them.

Steps to return your item:

1. Prepare the product: Ensure the item is unused and free of fur and wear, with original packaging, tags, and all accessories. If not, a partial or no refund may be given.
2. Register the return: Visit our return page and follow the instructions.
3. Pack your item: Place the return note in the package, and use secure, shipping-friendly packaging. Attach the provided return label, making sure to cover any original labels.
4. Drop off the package: For DHL Express, use a DHL drop-off point. For PostNord in Norway and Sweden, use your local post office.

Once approved, we will refund you within 30 days. If there are delays, contact our Customer service. Your 8-digit order number is required to start the return process.
