I have not received my package and it has been returned to your warehouse. What should I do?

Parcels may be sent back to us for various reasons, which could include multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, incomplete delivery details, or errors made by the carrier. Given the size of our warehouse operations, we regret to inform you that we cannot re-dispatch your order if it has been returned to us.

If your package is returned to our warehouse due to non-collection* and it has not gone through our return portal, we may deduct additional costs from your refund. Please note that this policy applies only to packages we were not notified about through our return portal prior to their return. We encourage you to promptly use our return portal for any items you wish to return to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges.

When your returned package arrives at our warehouse, we'll initiate your refund process. This process could take up to 30 days to be finalized. If you do not receive your refund within this period, kindly get in touch with our Customer service team who will be happy to assist and provide a resolution.

 

*non-collection: package was returned because the time limit for collection has passed or the carrier returned it due to multiple failed delivery attempts
