When I return (an) item(s), will I receive a refund or a voucher?

When you return (an) item(s) to us, we will process the return and refund you through the same payment method you used to purchase the product(s). If a gift card was used, the refund will be credited back to the gift card, and any amount paid in addition will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that for warranty cases, refunds are issued in the form of vouchers. For more details on warranty refunds, please visit our warranty FAQ page. We aim to reimburse you as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of receiving the returned product(s).
