Customizable openings - The Protector snow is available in male and female editions with premade cutting patterns for individual fitting of each opening.
Visible - The bright orange color and reflective prints make your dog visible on dark and overcast days.
Elastic - The suits material is stretchy in all directions providing total freedom of movement.
Zipper - A zipper following your dogs' back is used to close the snow suit. A hook-and-loop fastener secures the zipper from opening when your dog is moving.
Fleece lining - On the male version a patch of fleece lining has been added to protect the testicles.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MALE AND FEMALE VERSION OF PROTECTOR SNOW?
The Protector snow for male dogs has a customizable opening so that the dog can urinate. It also has extra padding to protect the testicles. The Protector snow for females has a customizable opening so the female dogs can urinate. To customize the openings, simply cut to the next pre-made seam.
CAN I ALSO USE THE PROTECTOR SNOW IN SUMMER?
The Protector snow is developed for use in snow, but some use it all year round to protect against ticks, foxtail barley and burrs. This full body suit can also be used after surgery and to protect sensitive skin. Be aware that the fabric might get damaged easier if used on dryland. Wear and tear caused by vegetation is not covered by warranty. If using the Protector snow in warmer temperatures, make sure your dog does not overheat.
CAN I USE A HARNESS OVER PROTECTOR SNOW?
It is possible to use a harness over the Protector snow, but be aware that this might wear on the fabric.
IS THE PROTECTOR SNOW WATERPROOF?
No, as the Protector snow is designed for cold temperatures, it is not waterproof.
HOW WARM IS THE PROTECTOR SNOW?
The Protector snow protects your dog against the elements but does not provide much warmth. For additional warmth along with protection against snow and ice, you can add a dog jacket, such as the Glacier Jacket 2.0, on top of the snowsuit.
